Due to COVID-19, and in the interest of keeping our kids, families, and volunteers safe and healthy, we have chosen to move to a family worship model for the time being. This means you and your kids get the awesome opportunity to worship TOGETHER, while still being provided with resources from the RHC Kids team to help you disciple your child on Sunday mornings and at home throughout the week. Here's what you can expect from RHC Kids while we wait and prepare for the best time resume our regular children's ministry activities!
What Can I Expect on Sunday Mornings?
- Stop by the RHC Kids table prior to the start of service for an individual, prepackaged bag of supplies, including sermon notes, a coloring sheet, and other activities for your kids to engage them with Sunday's sermon!
- The mommy room will be open during all services for mothers who need to nurse, change, or soothe their infant. Audio and video of the service is available in the mommy room, so you don't have to worry about missing anything!
What Can I Expect Throughout the Week?
- The packet you receive for your kids during service, also contains take-home activities! Because discipleship isn't just something that happens on Sunday mornings, we want to encourage and resource parents in the process of discipling their kids throughout the week. Currently we are walking through a New Testament Reading Plan designed especially for kids. Each week, kids will get a copy of that week's reading plan and corresponding activities. Worried about being behind? Don't be! You can access the previous week's content in our Facebook group!
